When designing our long moulders, we always take into account the product to be manufactured and combine the necessary individual components to create the long moulder that best suits it. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as the one long moulder that is suitable for every product.
Everything is possible, from the basic version - a long mould lower belt with a pressure board above it - to the version with pressure rollers and a multi-stage long mould process.
Like all our line modules, the long moulder is mobile and easily integrated into the entire line by means of a quick-locking and locking system.

Zeit bringt Geschmack, erfordert aber auch einen besonnenen Umgang mit den meist empfindlichen Teigen. Beste Erfahrungen habe ich dabei mit dem Zuführband gemacht – schonend und effizient!
